From supplier to supporting evidence.
How we review supplier certificates, commission sample testing and obtain LabDoc verification.
Our Testing Process
- 01
Prequalified supplier network
Neo Labs sources compounds through its prequalified supplier network.
- 02
Supplier CoA review
Neo Labs reviews and validates supplier-issued Certificates of Analysis for each compound.
- 03
Batch-matched sample testing
Neo Labs commissions HPLC testing of selected product samples matched to their relevant batches.

- 04
LabDoc verification
Neo Labs submits the relevant HPLC testing documentation to LabDoc for independent verification and assessment of result consistency.

- 05
Neo Labs release review
Neo Labs reviews available documentation before making products available to researchers.
Testing applies to the sampled batch. Neo Labs does not commission independent testing of every batch. Supplier CoAs, selected sample testing and LabDoc document verification provide different forms of evidence; coverage varies by product and batch. LabDoc reviews the submitted documentation and does not perform the original HPLC testing.
See how the evidence connects.
One example: Retatrutide 10mg · source batch 21/08/2026 · tested 24 August 2026.

Both documents refer to the same tested sample and source report, OZ-HPLCMS-NEO1. The original analysis was performed by Ozcanium Analytics; LabDoc reviewed and published its assessment of that laboratory evidence. These reports do not establish the results for other batches.
What the results tell you
Purity
The proportion reported by the analytical method.
Measured content
The amount of compound reported in the tested sample.
Identity
Whether the reported analysis supports the compound’s identity.
